Amy β welcome to your new home online.
I’m grateful to have enjoyed the conversation between you, Brandon and myself last week. I walked away energized and recharged. After we talked, I couldn’t stop thinking about your case.
You need a (beautiful) website that’s going to drive traffic, and also help alleviate the pain of managing traffic, as much as possible. You need something that you can change and control, when you need to, so that your online business strategies can grow with you.
This is the fix β if you decide it ought to be β the real, working website for Plant Mulch, designed around delivering you from hectic phone calls, organizing your estimation requests with minimal effort, and talking to global search engines about what makes Plant Mulch Co. special.
No strings, no obligation. Take a look.
Step inside βThe phone that never stops.
When we talked, your day sounded hectic: halfway up a driveway, the phone ringing while the customer’s coming out to the gate, handing out estimates from the cab and trying to track who needs what β with no easy or safe way to write it down. A dramatized re-telling to be sure, but the feeling and the chaos is real.
So this entire site has one important job: give people every reason to send their details instead of calling. We stripped out the hesitation, too β every label, even the pop-up confirmations, speaks in rough numbers and zero commitment, because a guesstimate is all anyone needs. No measurements, no obligation, nothing to sign; the form only asks how to reach them.
Your number still sits on every page β but the flow surfaces the no-pressure options first. So when you call back, they’ve already done some thinking and have a rough number in mind: a warm start instead of a cold one, with the controls in your hands.
A whole lot, working quietly for you
An estimate engine, not a cart
Customers browse, size the job, and send a request β no checkout, no card. Each one becomes a tracked lead and emails you to call back, with how and when they’d like to hear from you.
Comfortable to guess β on purpose
From the buttons to the little pop-up confirmations, every word is estimate-and-no-commitment language β because a rough guess is all anyone needs. The form’s only real ask is how to reach them. We give every typical activity a path to info and estimation that is less effortful than calling you directly.
The βhow much do I need?β calculator
Answers the #1 question in seconds β then βAdd to estimateβ carries the sized job straight into a request. A shopping flow, shaped for quotes a human finishes.
Built to be found β by Google and AI
Clean structured data so search engines and assistants like ChatGPT can understand and recommend Plant Mulch β a foundation to build rankings on, not just an index entry.
One screen runs it all
Your name, hours, phone, towns, review links β change them once in Settings and they update everywhere, including what Google reads. The FAQ edits like a document.
Knows where leads come from
Built-in tracking follows the whole journey β calculator use, which materials draw interest, where people drop off β ready to report the moment you connect your analytics.
Real, and honest
Actual Yelp and Angi reviews linked to the source, a live service-area map, and quiet spam defenses on the form. No invented ratings, no fake badges.
Bespoke, and built to last
A custom design β not a template β responsive down to tiny phones, on portable low-cost hosting with automatic HTTPS. Yours, and not locked to one provider.
This is your preview, so a few things are placeholders on purpose β the photos are stand-ins for your real trucks and yards, and the prices are ballpark demo numbers, not real quotes. The catalog is small. The the pricing structure is overbroad (but simple!).
All this to say: its not quite done baking yet. We’ll likely need to team up to get some admin setup done, make some decisions, and I’ll likely have made some small changes, before it’s seaworthy.
Please take as long as you like to look around. When you’re ready, let’s talk about making it truly yours. If it’s not for you, no hard feelings β it was a genuine blast to build. Either way, I’d love to hear what you think.
